Cecilia is an excellent coach, trainer and presenter and has been instrumental in the success of a significant project with a large multinational in the electronics sector. She has led the delivery of an inclusive leadership and cultural intelligence course for a group of 20 senior leaders and will be leading its roll out the rest of the leadership team.  One of the leaders commented that they, ‘Loved Cecilia’s authenticity as a facilitator as well as her deep expertise.’

Cecilia ran an engaging and interactive session which led us to determine our own personal brand, through reflection and working in small groups.  The session allowed us to focus on the attributes of what a successful brand is, what that means to us, then switch it around and apply it to our own brand. I got great feedback from our clients who attended the event and was hearthened by the interaction and willingness to share from everyone in the group. It led to a lot of talking points post the event and I personally have been reflecting on my brand ever since – a great session with a lasting impact.
