When you are committed to building an inclusive, multicultural, and globally connected workplace, we are too. At Cultural Nexus, we specialise in Global DEI Strategy & Multicultural Leadership Development, helping organisations navigate the complexities of diversity across different cultures, languages, and lived experiences.

We work with you to assess, review, and measure your DEI efforts, ensuring that inclusion is not just a value but a strategic advantage. From establishing your starting point to designing a long-term DEI roadmap, we guide you through every stage of your journey.

How We Help You Lead Inclusion on a Global Scale:

BUILD | Foundations for Lasting Inclusion

Assess, Create, and Enable

We begin by assessing your current DEI landscape and co-creating a strategic, data-driven roadmap for sustainable inclusion. This foundation phase includes:

  • Strategic DEI Roadmaps: We develop impact-focused strategies that embed inclusion into your operations.

  • Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Assessments & The GC Index®: Tools to understand individual and team dynamics across cultures.

  • Empowering ERGs & DEI Committees: We guide the structure and activation of employee-led groups to ensure long-term engagement.

This stage sets the groundwork for inclusive systems, behaviours, and mindsets that are measurable and aligned with your organisational goals.

GROW | Embedding Inclusion into Everyday Practice

Embed, Develop, and Strengthen

Once the foundation is set, we focus on embedding inclusion into daily leadership and organisational culture through:

  • Inclusive Leadership Development: Bespoke programmes and workshops to strengthen inclusive behaviours at every level.

  • Cultural Intelligence (CQ) & Team Enablement: Equipping leaders and teams to navigate multicultural environments with empathy and effectiveness.

  • Mentoring and Coaching: Ongoing support to deepen cultural competency and inclusive decision-making.

This stage ensures that inclusion becomes second nature - part of how your organisation thinks, acts, and leads every day.

THRIVE | Leveraging Diversity for Business Success

Drive, Lead, and Leverage

At this final stage, inclusion becomes a strategic advantage. We help you evolve from compliance to innovation by:

  • Inclusive Communication & Brand Messaging: Ensuring your internal and external messaging authentically reflects your inclusive values.

  • Global DEI Strategy Optimisation: Supporting you in refining and expanding your impact across regions and cultures.

  • Innovation Through Inclusion: Leveraging diverse perspectives to drive creativity, collaboration, and global relevance.

By this point, your organisation doesn’t just do DEI, it lives it. You're equipped to lead inclusion confidently, with the skills, insight, and infrastructure to ensure a thriving, inclusive future.

Through data-driven DEI strategies, leadership development, cultural intelligence, and inclusive communications, we equip you to lead inclusion with confidence and impact - locally and globally.

About Cecilia Harvey, Founder of Cultural Nexus

Cecilia Harvey is a cultural architect whose life and career have been shaped by a rich tapestry of identity and lived experience. Adopted in Rome into a bilingual Anglo-Italian family, her early exposure to cultural fusion sparked a lifelong passion for languages, diversity, and inclusion.

Navigating life across multiple cultural contexts, and later discovering her Mauritian and Sri Lankan heritage, Cecilia developed a unique lens through which to view belonging, identity, and difference. These personal insights now underpin her professional mission.

With a career spanning diverse industries and global settings, Cecilia founded Cultural Nexus to help organisations harness the power of difference. She designs inclusive cultures where diversity is not only respected but becomes a strategic advantage - fuel for innovation, resilience, and growth.

Her work blends personal understanding with proven frameworks to answer a powerful question: not whether diversity adds value, but how to architect cultures that unlock its full potential.
