Cecilia Harvey, Founder & CEO
Cecilia Harvey is a cultural architect and business strategist whose work sits at the intersection of inclusion, leadership, and organisational performance. Raised in a bilingual Anglo-Italian family in Rome and later reconnecting with her Mauritian and Sri Lankan heritage, she brings a lived understanding of identity, belonging, and difference to complex global environments.

Her career spans multiple industries and regions, giving her first-hand insight into how culture, regulation, and commercial pressures intersect in real-world operations. Cecilia founded Cultural Nexus to help organisations turn diversity into a strategic asset, designing value-driven cultures where difference fuels innovation, resilience, and growth.

She combines personal insight with proven, evidence-based frameworks to answer a practical question for leaders: not whether diversity adds value, but how to architect cultures and strategies that unlock its full potential while supporting performance, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
