Build, Grow and Thrive

When you are committed and excited about creating inclusive workplaces, we are too.  At Cultural Nexus, we work with you to assess, review, and measure your DEI efforts, striving for continuous improvement and celebrating successes.  We will support you in establishing your starting point, planning your trajectory and creating or reviewing your DEI strategy. Our focus will then turn to growing awareness and capabilities through engaging interactive workshops, The GC Index  and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) assessments, mentoring programmes and setting up and empowering ERGs (employee resource Groups) or DEI Committees, to help you drive change.

By the time you are ready to fly solo, you will have the skills and knowledge to ensure your organisations will be inclusive, resilient and in full thrive-mode because of the richness of diversity you will have nurtured.

Build
Create and Enable

In this first phase, we stablish the essential foundations for cultural transformation through two key components: CREATE, where we design data-informed strategies and cultural blueprints aligned with your organizational values, and ENABLE, where we develop comprehensive roadmaps and engagement frameworks. As your multilingual Cultural Architect, I begin with comprehensive cultural maturity assessments and DEI audits that map your current ecosystem and identify opportunities for evolution. Through careful analysis and collaborative design, we establish clear metrics and create robust roadmaps that set the stage for sustainable transformation.

Grow
Embed and Develop

The GROW phase activates your cultural evolution through two strategic elements: EMBED, where we implement foundational cultural practices and behaviours, and DEVELOP, where we build advanced cultural capabilities across your organization. We deliver signature learning experiences including Cultural Intelligence (CQ) development, use the DEI audit data to inform interventions and leverage the impact of The GC Index® profiling. Our interactive workshops and leadership development programs build cultural fluency across all organizational levels, while we architect and activate essential cultural infrastructure such as mentoring programs, employee resource groups, and change agent networks.

Thrive
Drive and Leverage

In the THRIVE phase, we focus on two transformational aspects: DRIVE, where we accelerate cultural evolution through continuous improvement and innovation, and LEVERAGE, where we transform cultural competence into competitive advantage.  Drawing upon deep expertise in cultural and behavioural change, intersectionality, social mobility, and neurodiversity, we create self-sustaining workplace ecosystems where human complexity drives business excellence, enabling organizations to independently nurture inclusive cultures that fuel innovation in an increasingly global marketplace. This last phase will ensure that we will have created an authentic culture which is intentionally diverse by design.
